Job Description

As a Data Science & Analytics Intern, you will be participating in analysis/reporting, data strategy, and data-driven recommendation generation. Seeking an individual passionate about finding stories and the “why” within data. Role will be exposed to data across analytics channels (Paid, Web, SEO, and Email). 

What you’ll do

• Explore data to find drivers of positive performance or inefficiencies 
• Participate in the generation of data performance reports 
• Help identify areas of improvement to processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
• A storyteller, be able to make sense of data and extrapolate meaningful and actionable insights 
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint 
• Experience utilizing Excel for data exploration and pattern identification 
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Dashboarding, and Platforms 

Eligibility

• You are a career-minded college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
• You are eligible to work in the U.S
• Tell us if you are available to work 40 hours per week. If not, what is your availability? We offer flexible schedules to work around school or other commitments.

Program Duration and Details

• Hybrid Internship requiring three days in-office
• 10-week Internship program from 6/4/2024-8/9/2024; 40 hours per week

Compensation Range: $20 -$23/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
