Business Intelligence Analyst - OTP

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst- OTP

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Mitsubishi Power personnel and affiliated business units to aid in the design and development of innovative digital products and services
• Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports
• Write DAX queries and functions in Power BI
• Strong understanding of good UI design concepts
• Design interface mock-ups in Figma
• Ability to estimate work for defined features and user stories
• Meet project deadlines as indicated in a project plan and assigned tasks
• Business travel < 10% by land and/or air as required.
• Perform other such duties as may be required

Knowledge, Skills, & Education

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Web Design, or similar from an accredited college or university or technical institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • • Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.
    • Reasoning Ability: Ability to troubleshoot to define and identify problems. Collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to take prompt corrective actions.

• Computer Skills: Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Figma
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as JavaScript is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI is preferred, but not required.
