Job Summary:

Prepares and presents information in a visually appealing and easily understood manner, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders. Collects and synthesizes complex data from multiple sources, provides intellectual rigor to analysis and interpretation processes, and derives meaningful insights that support the achievement of strategic and operational goals.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree in finance, business administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
  • Master's Degree in business administration: Preferred
  • Three years' relevant experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes large datasets to discover trends, patterns and actionable insights. Applies research and evaluation standards, descriptive statistics and data management principles to translate complex data into meaningful content.
  • Presents findings using verbal, written, and graphic communication techniques. Offers recommendations to support organizational performance improvement. Performs a consultative role through collaboration with the process improvement team.
  • Works with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver relevant information in appropriate formats.
  • Designs, creates, tests and maintains a portfolio of reports, scorecards and dashboards. Keeps informed about Business Intelligence industry trends, technologies and best practices that can be applied to achieve business goals.
  • Assists with pro forma operating statements and various cost and financial analysis. Actively participates in training.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
