Our Software business

Our software solutions connect businesses and consumers, powering more than half of all UK housing transactions each year.

We deliver a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders to drive efficiencies, speed up the transaction while reducing risk, improve end-customer experiences, stay ahead of regulatory changes and unlock new areas for business growth.

Our open APIs integrate with other platforms across lending, conveyancing and prop-tech providers, enabling us to power end-to-end property transactions and unlock a wide range of benefits for the wider industry and their customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with product leadership to inform decisions and shape product strategy through data
  • Provide product performance insights and recommendations 
  • Develop strategies for monitoring and reporting product KPIs to measure progress towards our product strategy.  Establish performance reports for teams and executives
  • Provide insights and identify trends in user behavior and product usage to enhance customer retention, increase lifetime value, and uncover new revenue growth opportunities
  • Partner with the central analytics team to design and validate experimentation results
  • Work within highly collaborative cross-functional teams (UX, Engineers etc.), contributing to product development through actionable insights
  • Own the product analytics framework, creating the measurement & tracking plan for capturing the right data, and defining the metrics and methodology to build our understanding of our users’ behavior 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working within a consumer-focused team (5+ for a senior)
  • Professional experience using an advanced level of SQL to manipulate large data sets (transactions, complex joins, CTEs, window functions)
  • Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools and solid stats fundamentals (A|B testing, regression) are a plus
  • Ability to communicate your findings to a business/non-technical  audience and challenge product teams to make data-driven decisions
  • A great communicator, comfortable working directly with engineers, product teams, and marketing teams
  • Ability to prioritize problems to focus on the biggest issues
  • Python, dbt and git experience would be a great bonus
