Responsibilities:

• Liaison with clients to establish wants and needs
• Proactively resolve client issues
• Identify data requirements
• Process raw data through ETL models and SQL scripts
• Maintain and develop client dashboards and reports
• Identify data issues and proactively drive cleanup activities
• Support AIC Project Management Team by participating in active projects and work
• collaborate with the team to develop streamlined best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to AIC team and clients
• Mitigate risks and manage client expectations whilst ensuring accuracy of outputs
• Support innovation and development of the product

Need To Have:

• Elite data transformation skills such as data modeling, understanding how to investigate the relationship between raw data tables, identifying trends and correlations in data
• Ability to determine the appropriate charts/graphs that provide meaningful insights.
• Proficient in data visualization skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Looker
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of advanced functions such as lookups
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create attractive operational and metric driven collateral quickly
• Understanding of the procurement function within companies and familiarity with basic financial concepts eg. financial years, payment terms, posting dates, ledger accounts, purchase orders.
• Basic project management skills needed to manage and coordinate projects tasks, including creating work plans or project plans, conducting status updates, taking meeting minutes/notes, and proactively following up on open items to ensure completion of tasks.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills including ability to structure ideas and conversations to effectively present findings from analysis in front of different stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent engagements and prioritize their workload to deliver projects on time
