Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  • HR Partner is acting as the strategic partner for the assigned client groups facilitating the business strategy by implementing appropriate HR measures. The HR Partner ensures the right application of HR standards, policies and processes and advises leadership and associates on HR topics.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day to day Client group support of compensation needs collaborating closely with HRBP and Business Leaders.
  • Actively participates in the successful implementation and management of regular compensation activities including annual compensation planning cycle, promotions, salary survey participation, etc.
  • Evaluate, level and determine appropriate grades for new and existing jobs.
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses and projects.
  • Conduct market study reviews for our Direct Positions designed for our client groups to ensure that we remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with segment compensation teams in gathering data and conducting analyses with goals and objectively assessing the efficacy of compensation programs and practices.
  • Collaboration with our weekly payroll process in order to ensure the correct payment of all associates.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and Compensation and benefits analysis within the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Experience in communicating at all levels of an organization in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in facilitating the decision-making process and manage necessary changes throughout several projects (Change Management).
  • Experience in interpreting data on compensation and benefits in order to identify discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
