Computational Biology Summer Intern, Single Cell Methods Development (Remote)
South San Francisco, CA
23andMe
23andMe is a saliva-based DNA service. We provide genetic reports on your ancestry, family history and help you connect with your DNA relatives.During our 10-week summer internship program, you will join our Therapeutics - Computational Biology team who focuses on the development of statistical methods for the analysis and integration of multiple single cell data modalities in the context of providing mechanistic explanations of GWAS signals. You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills such as refining and improving analysis approaches and implementation in a corporate setting. The dates for Cohort 1 will be June 5, 2023 - August 18, 2023; the dates for Cohort 2 will be June 20, 2023 - September 1, 2023.
