  • Combine different datasets with qualitative data to derive meaningful new insights into all colleague activity – annual leave, overtime working, attendance trends and analysis e.g. further pandemic outbreaks and impacts – data that can unlock business benefits around capacity, efficiency, and service.
  • Storytelling of the outputs of the reporting and analytics to help the business appreciate the “so what” and turn insights into action.
  • Develop operational approaches, including dynamic models, dashboards, and trends to monitor and manage the operational resource on the day, and make best use of the resources available.
  • Develop a deep analytical understanding of the end-to-end passenger journey, establishing resource correlations and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Highly analytical – A proven track record of delivery using formal analytics tools and techniques with an ability to break down complex issues into a logical and structured approach, with any drawn conclusions being supported by data and facts.
  • Comfortable and assured with data – skilled at using visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI, with experience of importing, cleaning, and manipulating datasets to create meaningful outputs, through data visualisation and storytelling.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fosters relationships – enjoys building relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs, whilst working collaboratively to deliver the best business outcomes.
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller – able to structure and present analysis, reports & dashboards in a clear and concise manner that gain trust and buy in from stakeholders, and clearly conveys the required message.
