RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you interested in working on knowledge management, digitalization, and optimizing our processes? Starting immediately, you have the opportunity to learn about and actively contribute to the HR processes of an international corporation.

 

  • You have the opportunity to learn Organizational Management and develop project management skills.
  • You support reorganization projects by organizing communication, documentation and maintenance activities.
  • You ensure high data quality both in reorganization projects and ongoing processes through quality checks and data investigation.
  • You advise HR business partners and leaders on Organizational Management and reorganization topics.
  • You contribute to data security by maintaining and reviewing access rights and authorization matrices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
  • first experience in a HR role; experience in OM maintenance is a plus
  • ability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English; German is a plus
  • committed team player with outstanding service mindset, passion for your area and a structured and self-driven personality

BENEFITS

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 38.000 - 43.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options. 
  • Up to 6 weeks of mobile working from abroad.
  • Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
  • Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
