Job Description

As a BI Analyst at Enpal, you'll provide dynamic analyses to empower our Asset Management team with actionable insights. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to explore innovative tech solutions within our modern data stack, featuring Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau. Join us in shaping the future of analytics and making a meaningful impact! 

You will:

• Develop a deep understanding of our end-to-end business model. 
• Support senior management and business teams with technical and statistical analysis around key business drivers. 
• Play a key role in enabling and promoting self-service analytics among stakeholders throughout the organization. 
• Develop analytical infrastructure by designing, implementing, and optimizing the BI capabilities for our Asset Management team. 
• Create data-driven analysis and reports in Tableau with the goal to formulate effective strategies and recommendations for action. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the business’s needs and actively look for innovative tech solutions to their problems. 
• Leverage a modern data stack. Our current data stack is built with Snowflake, dbt and Tableau. 

Qualifications

We are looking for roughly a 50% fit for what we ask. The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow. 

What you should bring:  

• Professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a relevant field (at least 2-3 years) 
• High proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI 
• Experiences using Python for Data Analysis 
• Excellent SQL skills, dbt experience preferred 
• Cloud provider experiences (Azure, AWS or GCP)  
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (English fluency) - German is a plus 
• Having worked with databases like Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake is a big plus
