Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking an Onboarding Services Intern who will immediately contribute to the Implementation and Training Services Team by supporting our data analytics efforts. We are looking for an individual with good knowledge of business, who enjoys diving into data and interested in learning more about organizational development. What you'll do:
As an Onboarding Services Intern with Data Analytics experience your key area of responsibility will be to provide leaders with insight to make data driven decisions using tools such as SQL, Google Big Query and Google Sheets. You will need to work closely with team members, managers and subject matter experts to mine data and build reporting models to measure our impact on our customers, internal teams and resellers. 
To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic, curious and self directed, with the ability to maintain progress with little supervision. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills. The successful candidate will also display excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Work closely with team members, managers and subject matter experts to mine data and build reporting models to measure our impact on our customers, internal teams and resellers. 
• Own the design and development of ongoing reports and dashboards to measure the  impact, ROI and long term efficacy of our training efforts. 
• Provide leaders with insight to make data driven decisions using tools such as SQL, Google Big Query and Google Sheets. 
• Learn the operational workings of the Implementation & Training Services Team by attending training sessions and webinars as well as meetings with team members, managers and subject matter experts.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to this role:

• Working towards a bachelor degree in Managerial Accounting, Economics, Data Science or a related field preferred
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills
• Enthusiastic, curious and self directed, with the ability to maintain progress with little supervision
• Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in Business analytics, organizational development and process improvement 
• Technical experience using SQL and Google Big Query
• Proficiency in the use of Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is an asset 
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
