The successful candidate will be based in Athens and will be reporting to the Business Performance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance metrics.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders, including management and department heads.
• Assist in providing decision support to management by synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Help establishing and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the health and efficiency of various business processes and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other Quantitative sciences.
• Up to 2 (two) years of working experience in data extraction, data analysis, and transformation, possibly by handling large databases in a complex business environment.
• Knowledge of payment card products and structure, and card transactions for retail or commercial businesses would be considered a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, BI and basic knowledge of SQL.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
