As a Master Data Analyst (Customer & Price) for the Commercial team, you will primarily focus on the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product master data supporting our commercial processes. You will work closely with the Master Data Management (MDM), Centre of Excellence (COE) team to manage and maintain customer and commercial master data, enabling right first time submissions to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Commercial teams to understand and execute master data needs for customer communications
- Maintain the bridge from core MDM sku data into Commercially facing data – sizes, weights, EAN codes for example, not exhaustive
- Ensure Commercial data is appropriate for all routes to market, Brick & Mortar, Online and Seller models (Commission, Fulfilled by Amazon for example)
- Design and maintain new listing templates – a one stop solution for all NPD launches containing all required customer data, for use by multiple external customers
- Maintain full SKU master data, for usage by external partners / agencies for in-store activations
- Run monthly price / volume / quota analysis to assess customer shipments vs. plans
- Ad hoc reporting and requests as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Two years of experience in master data management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations and related data requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and industry-specific standards
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the MDM team, commercial teams and other stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies related to supply chain is a plus
- Previous experience or understanding of SKU number, GTIN generation, and FMD activities is advantageous
