Job Description

• Basic knowledge of marketing products and solutions like; Branding, Content
Development, Content Syndication, Virtual Events, Live Events, Marketing Agency
Services, Field Entertainment, Non-Digital Advertising, Association Membership or
Subscription, Website Development, Promotional Videos & Public Relations.
• Commodity knowledge: Understands cost drivers, major vendors, and trends
• Managing data of spend and cost analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, focused on supporting your customers’ needs
• Ability to present well on the phone and in virtual conference calls
• Understand how to make processes more efficient

Specifically, this role will:

• Provide information of value to the organization – Market intelligence on Marketing
Solutions.
• Work along with procurement leader to ensure the following items actions are
delivered in a seamless manner to the customer.
• For non-recurring vendors, work to reduce spending and improve services. Understand
what’s driving the use of non-recurring vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience as data analyst, consulting or marketing or
procurement, or analytics (desired).
• Excellent track record in previous customer support/customer service engagements
• Experience working directly with US, UK internal stakeholders.

• Experienced in Microsoft - Excel (basic to medium level)
• Sourcing and Procurement tools (Not Mandatory).

• Bachelors’ degree is a must, Master’s degree preferred
• Open to working during EMEA & US Shift timings
