Technical Program Manager, Data Analytics

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in technical program management working on cross-functional programs.
  
• Experience working with business intelligence platforms and tools.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  
• Ability to understand infrastructure and engage in scoping conversations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set the scope and direction for programs by outlining goals and objectives, manage multiple projects, organize cross-project work within the program, and define program controls/governance/standards.
  
• Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery.
  
• Collaborate to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, and help the team in execution.
  
• Engage with partner teams on the program, to align on scoping, seeking escalation help, resolving discrepancies on program status, and communicating program status.
  
• Build relationships with Engineering, Site Reliability Engineer, Product Management, and Engineering Productivity teams.
