Data Analyst - Merchant Success

Responsibilities

• Scope the data needs for business and product, and instrument them to enrich and improve our data assets
• Design and implement data-powered feedback mechanisms that help the business and product functions understand how our customers are consuming our products and services
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments to guide key decisions
• Perform analysis to discover trends and user behaviors hidden in the data, pick up and communicate actionable insights to business and product leaders
• Continuously improve the use of our data and tools in your day-to-day work
• Contribute to improving the analytical thinking muscle throughout the organization

Requirements

• 1+ years of working experience in analytics or similar data-related roles
• Curious to learn more about the business and products, and how analytics could be applied to create value for our customers.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Meticulous with an attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively 
• Experience scripting with SQL 
• Experience in data visualization
• (Good to have) Ability to analyze data in Python, R, or other similar tools
• (Good to have) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences
