iOLAP is expanding its Data & Analytics team with an exciting new opportunity! We are looking for a skilled individual to contribute to our success and growth as a Data Architect!

You’ll be joining a team of equally passionate and skilled engineers, architects, and cloud gurus who are working with the latest technologies on some of the most interesting projects!


What you will be doing as a Data Architect at iOLAP?

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining catalogs and models, capabilities that will provide or improve management, visibility and accessibility, security, and accuracy of data  
  • Owning the data lifecycle – working with stakeholders to define data roadmaps, document strategies, and designs, develop new models, and identity and develop quality and transformation processes and monitors  
  • Detecting, triaging, and resolving data issues in a timely manner and applying problem management principles to resolve root causes such as hardening data quality gates  
  • Collaborating directly with other data architects, data scientists, and digital business owners to develop use cases, demo capabilities, test deliverables, and build technology platforms that support customer engagement  
  • Providing technical leadership and direction that will help revolutionize the way to leverage data  
  • Outlining data security and data governance best practices  
  • Designing conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts 


We build with:

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:  

  • Previous Data Architecture experience  
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud computing and desire to work in AWS serverless or managed services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda  
  • Experience with data modeling and management within data warehousing technologies like AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or similar   
  • Experience building and using data pipelines, data processing, and transformation frameworks, data documentation, and observability tools and practices   
  • Experience writing automated tests to ensure the quality of your software components   
  • Solid knowledge of SQL   
  • Familiarity with Python  
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile methodologies
