About the Role:

As an AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing AI solutions that align with our clients' objectives and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with product developers, providing architectural guidance to ensure that AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into our products. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with strong leadership and collaboration skills. 

Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end AI solutions, encompassing data pipelines, model architectures, and deployment strategies, in close collaboration with product developers to meet specific product requirements.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of AI architectures that adhere to best practices and architectural standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product developers, data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI architectures that enhance our products' capabilities.

Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research and innovation, exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our AI solutions and product offerings.

Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors such as computational resources and real-time processing requirements to enhance product performance.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that AI systems adhere to security best practices and comply with data privacy regulations, collaborating with product developers to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation for AI architectures, design decisions, and implementation guidelines, facilitating knowledge sharing and enabling product developers to leverage AI capabilities effectively.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

• Advanced Degree: A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a solid academic background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.

• Experience: Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in architecting and designing AI solutions, with a proven track record of successful implementation in real-world product environments.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex product requirements and devise scalable AI architectures that address business needs effectively.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to product developers and other stakeholders.

• Collaborative Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
