Role Overview: 

As a Senior Data Analyst, you are embedded in a team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists and you work closely with cross-departmental teams aimed at increasing acquisition, retention and revenue. You support building the foundational data and process infrastructure and deliver data products to support the business' scale objectives and manage the Customer Journey. You work along the entire analytics value chain; from raw data sources to final data products. You will foster a culture of data-driven insight through experimentation and strong data governance.

Essential Functions:  

  • Work with Product and Engineering stakeholders to design and build measurement across Product features as they are released.
  • Data Integrity:
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Engineers to instrument event-level data for all our products with high taxonomy and data governance standards in Segment.
    • Define key metrics with business logic and create a central metrics store in SQL.
  • Data Foundations:
    • Inform the creation of data models built to enable self-service across multiple product stakeholders using DBT.
    • Create product data marts and reporting to provide visibility into launches and overall performance across Snowflake, Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • Data Ops:
    • Drive framework and process for experimentation practices across the Product organization.

Qualifications: 

  • 3-6 years experience in data analytics at a growth tech company, or equivalent experience
  • Product analytics experience is a plus!
  • 2-3 years experience in SQL
  • Conversant in our tech stack (Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, Tableau)
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Location Dependent information

This role is open to candidates inside and outside of Colorado.  The expected salary range for this role is $99,000-$110,000/ YR. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. And the salary range for successful candidates outside of Colorado may differ based on location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
