Product Data Analyst

What you will do

• Build and update easy-to-read reports and dashboards
• Provide data-driven insights about our SMB merchants’ performance
• Participate in the creation and improvement of processes between areas (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success)
• Contribute to our KPIs definition for our SMB initiative
• Take care of data good practices such as standardization, naming conventions, documentation, etc.
• Perform deep analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative data (internal and external) to build informed reports and presentations

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messages to different audiences (technical, layman, C-level).
• Strong analytical mindset and skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results-driven and embraces ownership.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across a variety of cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SQL (this would be an extra!)
• Fluent in English.
• Excel proficiency.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, Metabase etc).
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Routine

• Participation in cross-functional squads and meetings
• Daily checkup of KPIs, trends and CRM data
• Keep an eye open to competitors and market trends
