About the team The Data Analytics team is responsible for making analyses and helping the business users to understand the data, finding insights, and making recommendations. The team is business-oriented and helps others to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and work with the business users on ad-hoc analysis.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive actionable insights.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define analytics solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and project management, with a focus on driving business insights and outcomes.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience managing a team of data analysts, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience across the entire analytics flow: from understanding business requirements to data pulls, data transformation, QA checks, building pipelines, reports, and dashboards
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced/Fluent English
