We’re looking for a data architect, a new position reporting to the engineering director of data. In addition to the data team, you’ll work with stakeholders and partners across the organization: business area leads, product and engineering teams as well as infra and information security. Your new adventure:

• Establish generic governance for data life cycle, including mappings and transformations, suggesting and validating the tools and technologies involved
• Provide data stewardship and help implementation teams embrace the value of design reviews and knowledge sharing
• Work closely with enterprise and solution architects and contribute to other data governance initiatives
• Ensure that data solutions and assets follow security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Drive and support the creation of enterprise data models for different areas, including planning the phased approaches
• Maximize value creation from the data by driving the creation of a data catalog & ownership, generic interfaces, integration patterns, etc.
• Ensure that all components of the enterprise architecture can expose their data for analytics systems via generic batch and real-time interfaces

Does this sound like you?

• A passion for getting the most out of data, and the ability to design and deliver transformative data solutions
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical architecture
• A proven track record in scaling technical solutions and business processes in a fast growing company, preferably in the SaaS field
• Competency in agile software development
• Experience with strategic planning and leading complex IT projects
• A good understanding of IT compliance, information security and data privacy protection
• Hands-on experience working with EA framework(s), iPaaS platforms (Boomi or similar) and common enterprise-grade software supporting customer lifecycle (areas including CRM, customer support, sales, PRM)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Great communication and presentation skills, including fluent written and spoken English
