What You’ll Do Here

Gainsight IT is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support Snowflake & Tableau within Enterprise Application Org. We are expanding and growing our business globally. Looking for a strong developer with experience managing BI/DW applications on Cloud. To help support critical business needs we need someone who can develop creative technical solutions.

• Work with Data Architects to build the data pipelines.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on orchestration/scheduling,  sql queries, stored procedures and coding.
• Product roadmap ideas including roadmap and operational efficiencies
• Participate in an Agile team, with daily scrum meetings, as well as product planning meetings
• Understand, plan, design and implement the product component to honor various NFRs like latency, scalability and resource consumptions
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Exposure to different ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle or Intacct is desirable 
• Exposure to different BI/DW tools like Snowflake, Tableau is desirable

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering Degree or MCA
• 5+ years overall Integration (Technical) experience
• Expert in problem-solving skills, CS basics, and system knowledge.
• Data engineer with 6+ years of experience in SQL with strong knowledge in stored procedures , SQL queries and technical design.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Snowflake.
• Must have 1 years of experience in Python by building the automations.
• Good to have experience with orchestration tools like Workato, Airflow etc.
• Experience in getting the data from REST APIs is desirable.
• Experience in handling the json, Avro and parquet datasets.
• Experience with integrating multiple applications with ETL tools 
• Good to have experience in getting the data from Salesforce, Oracle ERP .
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. An analytical mind and an eye for detail
• Ability to train and mentor junior engineers
