The Role:

The incumbent in this role will be working closely with the Chief Of Staff in POS team, responsible for supporting MIS related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating Management/CxO MIS (trackers/dashboards/etc.) to track sales velocity, vendor & channel partner performance & revenue generation
• Establish working relationships with various stakeholders and key decision makers across functions in sales and other related functions
• Collaborate with and pursue actionable tasks/projects from the Chief Of Staff, as assigned

Skills Required

• A Bachelors Degree is required
• 4-5 years of work experience in an Analyst / Data Analyst / MIS / Business Analyst role
• Prior experience in the Fintech or Banking industry is a plus
• Expert in dashboarding, data visualisation and data presentation
• Expert in Power BI, MS Excel / Google Sheets, Power Point, etc. SQL and Looker experience is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
