THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team in Brazil.

The Data focus area supports data driven decisions to define the best strategy across teams, for all our 10+ countries, towards increasing end-user’s life-time value and revenue. You will help us unlock the value of our end-users using our vast data repository, especially on increasing their lifetime through engagement, churn prevention and user reactivation.

YOUR IMPACT

• Develop and implement data analytics models to maximize the lifetime of the users; 
• Develop and synthesize competitive insights to inform strategic projects;
• Work with personalization to ensure we engage the best way with our end-user;
• Collaborate cross functionally to prioritize business needs and supply inputs to implement and execute key business initiative;
• Diagnose, analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets;
• Communicate with business stakeholders about findings and insightsIdentify new scalable initiatives: plan, develop, test, analyze and report performance;
• Build and maintain business performance dashboards;
• Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data, and expertise in data visualizations / presentation;
• Build complex data pipelines using SQL, Python and internal workflow management tools.

WHO YOU ARE

• An experienced professional with bachelor’s degree;
• Able to communicate in Advanced/Fluent English;
• Strong analytical skills with the willingness to apply it on business problems;
• Strong Python knowledge with desire to improve proficiency;
• Proficient in SQL;
• Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with humility and eagerness to learn and grow with hands-on mindset;
• Passion for changes and adapt yourself easily to new scenarios;
• Results oriented and trust analytics are the best way to show your good work;
• Excel/Google Sheets & data management experience;
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Metabase.
