The BI Analyst will be responsible for the strategic alignment and ongoing monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all operational teams. They will provide a uniform approach to performance measurement, tracking metrics such as Bad Orders, Cancel Rate, GMV Lost, and RT NPS.
The BI Analyst will lead the project to reduce Bad Orders in Colombia, which aims to achieve a 30% reduction in Q2. This metric is of paramount importance in terms of quality, and it is a strategic focus to reach profitability and provide a unique experience for each user of the application.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Funciones
Data Oversight: The BI Analyst will ensure efficient management of databases, dashboards, and queries, essential for understanding daily and real-time operations. This role is vital in a team of more than 20 members to facilitate informed decision-making.
High-Impact Project Involvement: The BI Analyst will translate operational requirements into actionable data for high-impact projects. They will help address significant operational challenges, such as Labor Reform in Colombia, Global Analysis of RT Churn, and Detection of RT Real Vehicles.
Decision-Making Support: Leveraging their analytical skills, the BI Analyst will facilitate informed decision-making by providing meaningful data insights. This role will be crucial in guiding decisions at both local and global levels.
Report Automation: The BI Analyst will streamline information flow by automating reports for various operational forums. They will ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information, contributing to efficient communication.
Data Tools Training: As a data expert, the BI Analyst will provide training on various data tools used within Rappi (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Redash). This will enhance the team's data literacy, improving overall operational efficiency.
