The team

ING Analytics is a major driving force in ING’s transformation, aimed at helping us to become a data-driven digital leader and creating tangible value for ING and its customers through world-class analytics models, products, and services.  

The Analytics Engineering team is a team of 50+ engineers (and growing rapidly) that has the mission to enable this transformation. We do this by combining Big Data technology with Data Science to deliver high-value solutions and products for our organization. We work in a fun and creative environment, and we are dedicated to bringing out the best in both each other and our projects. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Our team is a team of 100+ members and growing. We are working together to develop data-driven products and add value to the organization, and our customers. Without our people, none of it would be possible. That is why hiring, staffing, and organizational process management are essential for success. As an HR intern, you will be responsible for scheduling, tracking, and maintaining open positions, active applications, and suitable interviewers for various roles, helping with on/off-boarding, and more. How to succeed

  • Enrolled in bachelor’s/master’s degree (ideally human resources studies) or a transition phase between two degrees.

  • Comfortable working in an international environment.

  • You are honest, trustworthy, and have strong organizational skills.

  • Communicative, a team player, reliable and proactive; ideally business minded.

  • Good English language skills (written and verbal)

  • You are discreet, precise, and capable of

    handling confidential information.

  • Available for 6 months (up to 12

    months) and living in the Netherlands.
