L&D Data Analyst Apprenticeship program ITALY
About this program:
We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to be part of our Learning & Development team whilst you acquire real experience on the field for this profession. You join our Analytics and Science team, and shadow our first-class team of Analysts and Scientists in an Amazon corporate office environment. During your journey, you will go through a training itinerary of 100+ hours, which includes a mix of hard and soft skills that every Data Analyst should have to do the job. You will learn solving a variety of analytical problems, developing communication as well as teamwork competencies. Throughout the program you will receive the support of a mentor to advance successfully in all these areas.
At the end of the program, you will have obtained 2 years of work experience, but above all, you will have acquired the necessary competencies to fulfill a Data Analyst position in our team.
During the Apprenticeship Program, you will learn to perform the following tasks:
• Translate business problems into solid recommendations for our teams, helping them to take critical decisions to make an impact for our Customers;
• Support our Science team in creating and refining our some of our Machine Learning models – from making predictions, to rolling our GenAI solutions;
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met;
• Explore and conduct deep research internally and externally, seeking innovation and continuous improvement opportunities;
• Compare desired and actual program outcomes, and prepare written reports and presentations related to the evaluation process and findings;
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence customer segments.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Milan, MI, ITA
You can access our apprenticeship program if:
• You are between 18 and 29 years old;
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and mathematics) or business;
• You have excellent command of spoken and written English (any second European language is an advantage);
• You have the ability to manage, motivate, and influence work behaviors;
• You have demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability;
• You have motivation and practical approach;
• You have proven knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel;
• You are a proactive person and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills;
• You like to work in a team and easily build relationships with others.
• Minimum professional experience in industry or logistics environments.

Basic Qualifications
