Strategy & Planning

• Coordinated with all project teams across Sub Directorate / Group related to initiation and implementation of project involving Decision Management.
• Participated with project that involve any of the upstream or downstream data flows and process that is involving Decision Management Group.
• Liaised with other parties (e.g. Consumer Business Unit, Risk Control Unit, Operational Risk Management, Operational Policies & Procedures, Compliance, and IT) to gather and understand functional requirements, and develop complex queries related to policies and procedures, and also business partner .
• Maintained good documentation practice to safekeep all critical and important documentation for further reference and other purpose while periodically prepare any necessary update/revision to the existing documentation.
• Involved in the strategic initiative project within Decision Management such as: Big Data Implementation and Full CRM Implementation and to lead the working team for UR preparation, conducting UAT testing, and provide assurance for implementation.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures related to process in each working unit has been refurbished and adequately documented.
• Regularly coordinate with the team to ensure the process runs in accordance with the applicable procedures for data management and security.
• To be involved in the Big Data setup and data ingestion related and to ensure data ingested to BDA as per the request from BU

Business Performance and Management

• Scopes, designs, and implements projects (big data, real time engine, CRM etc)  to support the business initiatives and programs with a view of achieving overall objectives and targets.
• Track the  project implementation target timeline and deliverables against project plan.Highlight and resolve any key issues and impediment .

• Full compliance with CIMB Niaga’s procedure, guidlines, working instruction and other regulatory requirements
• Adhere to data information security guidlines for any sensitive records or information
• Full responsibility for maintaining a good data and documentation order for better audit trail tracking
