Overview of the job

The D&A Operations Business Intelligence Developer is a technical role responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of front-end analytical reporting side applications that enables reporting analytics for the data consumers of P&G Data & Analytics Operations Organization. An expert in UI and UX Design and has a proven track record in development stack for front-end solutions including back-end reporting models, front-end interfaces, and report runtime performance. Will become the champion of the Front-End development capabilities of the organization.

Your team

This role reports to the SIAM lead of the organization, will have exposure to the leadership teams, and will collaborate across diverse teams of talents and vendor partners to deliver the scope.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields such as Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Science field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability in Data Modelling for Reporting Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to craft and develop sophisticated data visualizations
• Experience working with large volumes of data and performing data analytics
• Comfort and polish in presenting data and insights in multi-functional discussions and presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated data into actionable insight
• Ability to work closely in a team environment
• Determined and motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
