Let's start with the role
Our Customer Account & Services team is the backbone of our operation, handling core functions like registration, verification, and communication. As a Product Manager for our Chatbot (Virtual Assistant), you'll join our dedicated product squad and take complete ownership of the Virtual Assistant product, from market research to customer experience optimization.
- Become the Chatbot Visionary: Develop a strategic roadmap for the Chatbot, setting clear goals and objectives that align with the company's vision and customer needs.
- Craft the Chatbot Experience: Lead the conceptualization and development of new features, ensuring they're localized for each market we serve.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings. Leverage data insights to optimize chatbot features and workflows for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Listen & Learn: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the Chatbot experience and resolve issues. Use these insights to inform product decisions going forward.
- Measure for Success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of chatbot features. Monitor these KPIs closely and make data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
- Champion Collaboration: Communicate the product's strategy, progress, and results clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
We're looking for an ambitious and results-oriented product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You're eager to take complete ownership of the Chatbot product, from market research to customer feedback and budget management. Your ideal experience includes:
- 3+ years in a product role within a consumer internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or business unit.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with chatbots, conversational AI or relevant AI products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Experience working in an agile environment closely with technology and design teams.
- Good understanding of technologies used to drive the best product experiences.
- Fluency in English and strong presentation skills.
