About the role

We are growing our Data Team at Ankorstore!

If you are deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, about transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights and like to use your creativity to make data a strategic asset in a fast-growing start-up, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Your role will include the following:

• Be the owner of all growth data topics (including paid, lead generation, crm, attribution, ...)
• Manage a growing team of data analysts to help you deliver the best dashboards and analysis
• Own all our growth data and tools (incl. visualization)
• Lead any projects aiming at improving the quality, structure and way we leverage data at Ankorstore
• Guide our analytics methodologies and ensure consistency across teams
• Support operational teams on their needs for actionable / operational insights

Requirements:

The experience we require:

• You have extensive experience in SQL and visualisation platforms (3+ years)
• You are proficient in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, ...)
• Analytical - you like to answer complex business questions through data. You are able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
• Attention to detail & curiosity - you do not let important details slip through the cracks! You like to dig into 'strange' trends and find the story behind them
• Creativity & proactivity - you can find creative and simple solutions to tricky problems, using new approaches, tools and/or testing new ways of leveraging data
• You are a team player - you always demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and want to work in a team
• You are fluent in English

Other skills that would add value:

• Fluency in French, German, Dutch or Swedish (or any other European language is a plus)
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have the ability to work in fast-paced environments on collaborative projects
