We are looking for a Data professional to join our Data Science team. As Data Science Associate, you are responsible for turning our clients’ business into a more data-driven one, where data is used to drive action in every team, every day. You will be part of the Swiss team and responsible to increase our footprint in the Swiss market, with a strong focus on D&A.

What you will do


  • Perform data analysis in the field of customer and product analytics, marketing analytics, and (Gen)AI solutions.
  • Conduct analyses in typical analytical tools ranging from SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc.
  • Communicate analyses via compelling presentations.
  • Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicating with executives.
  • Coach and mentor team members.


What you’ll bring


  • Master (or Ph.D.) degree in a quantitative field with a focus on data analysis (e.g. econometrics, AI, mathematics, physics, and other exact sciences).
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in the analytics domain.
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, computer programming, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts, accompanied by expertise with a set of analytical tools ranging from databases (e.g. SQL, BigQuery, noSQL) to programming languages (e.g. R, Python), and from data visualization (e.g. PowerBI) to machine learning and AI. Understanding data engineering solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Expertise in cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, with a strong ability to leverage cloud-based solutions for scaling data processing and model deployments effectively is a plus.
  • An ability to think analytically, decompose problem sets, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data analysis.
  • Strong technical skills regarding data analysis, statistics, and programming. Strong working knowledge of, Python, Hadoop, SQL, and/or R.
  • Working knowledge of Python data tools (e.g. Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib).
  • Ability to talk the language of statistics, finance, and economics a plus.
  • Professional fluency in English required with (Swiss) German as a strong plus.
