Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our HR data through meticulous data cleansing and integrity checks. In addition to maintaining data quality standards, this role will involve collaborating with People Business Partners, HR Shared Services, and other relevant stakeholders to implement necessary changes and provide feedback on actions taken.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish a comprehensive monthly battery of tests or checks to assess the integrity and cleanliness of HR data.
  • Conduct regular data integrity assessments to identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within HR databases (SuccessFactors and Payspace).
  • Execute data cleansing activities to rectify inaccuracies and ensure data quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining monthly data integrity checks and procedures to keep People data clean and up to date.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, HR Shared Services teams, and other stakeholders to address data integrity issues and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to stakeholders regarding actions taken to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends related to People data management and integrity.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field.

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in data management, data cleansing, or data analysis, preferably in an HR environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
