As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, your role is to drive innovation and excellence in AI development, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform data into actionable insights and solutions that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

What We Expect:

• Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Big Data, with a focus on putting Generative AI and Large Language Models into production.
• Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing modern Tech Stack for AI development and deployment, including experience in AWS or GCP.
• Solid Data Engineering Skills: Ability to transform AI models into production-ready solutions, including API Development, Docker, Airflow, etc.
• Programming Proficiency: Fluency in Python or R, with a track record of implementing stable and maintainable algorithms.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in Machine Learning. 
• Language Skills: Business English and solid German skills (at least B2)
• Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary peers and contribute to knowledge exchange within the team.
