Job Summary:

As a Data Engineer Associate in the Payments Marketing team, you will immerse yourself in the development of innovative solutions that propel businesses and careers forward. You will be part of an inspiring and inquisitive team focused on measuring and impacting key global marketing initiatives. This fundamental role will guide the technical implementation of data engineering tasks across various systems, construct data tools, enhance insights, oversee the sales/marketing toolbox, and spearhead efforts towards revenue optimization.

Job responsibilities:

• Partnering with the global stakeholders and supporting the global program while coordinating, automating, and looping in teams to proactively deliver relevant and tailored information to better equip marketers.
• Aggregating and harmonizing data to create meaningful perspective, measuring engagement and effectiveness of deliverables.
• Ensuring data integrity, sync, and accuracy of reporting/dashboards by identifying golden sources of data and owning business rules applicable for integration of disparate data
• Design, develop and infer meaningful insights campaign performance and market sizing analytics for global marketing and communications teams.
• Steer next generation of reporting automation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience manipulating large and complex databases and developing appropriate data models to evaluate and solve business problems with data automation and ETL tools, like Alteryx and Python
• Work experience with digital marketing data and analytics (Marketo, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Console, SalesForce, Marketo)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Machine Learning and data visualization (expertise in Tableau)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; graduate degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Database Management, Computer Science) preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Growth mindset and a keen attention to detail
