Product Manager - Data Analytics Platform

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have experience with Product Owner or Product Manager role,
  • have good background in BigData, Software Development or Public Cloud
  • have technical knowledge related to software engineering,
  • have been working in complex team setups,
  • are great with people, being able to shape cooperation, keep communication smooth and clear,
  • know how to react under priority changes and unexpected situations in a team.


English level - C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience in creating software solution for distributed environments,
  • experience in Data Management field,
  • knowledge of opensource domain related to BigData,
  • experience with Google Cloud Platform.


Additional skills:

  • Azure Boards, Azure DevOps,
  • product design.


Your responsibilities:

  • product design in cooperation with Platform Lead, other POs and engineers,
  • product management,
  • communication with stakeholders and teams.

Information about the squad:

We are building hybrid cloud based, state of the art Data Analytics Platform to help ING to be even more data-driven. This is a joined effort between ING units and you are going to be part of distributed multi-national and multi-cultural team. There is plenty of work and fun down this road. The technology stack is: Kubernetes, Python, Java/Scala, Kafka, Airflow, OpenMetadata, Alluxio, Volcano and Elasticsearch.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Product Manager III”
