BI Analyst or Senior Analyst

Summary:
As an internal Data and Analytics Specialist, you will extract, manipulate, organize, and report data from various sources within CFGI’s ecosystem. These systems currently include NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Pardot (Marketing Automation), and Oracle (EPM). This role requires an understanding of data structures, analytical skills, and proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI.  Key Responsibilities:
·         Extract data from NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, and other relevant sources using SQL queries, APIs, or other data extraction tools.·         Clean, transform, and manipulate raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.·         Organize and structure data in a logical and coherent manner to facilitate analysis and reporting. Develop data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies to streamline data storage and retrieval processes.·         Analyze and present data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decision-making.·         Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights across various levels of CFGI. Customize reports to meet the specific needs and preferences of different departments or teams.·         Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness at CFGI. Qualifications:
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.·         Three to five years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.·         Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.·         Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI.·         Familiarity with data extraction from ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle).·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language.·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
