Role Mission
We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of data integration solutions, ensuring seamless flow of information across systems. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, optimize workflows, and stay at the forefront of data integration technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

Deliverables

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across heterogeneous systems
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data integration pipelines
• Implement efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into target systems
• Optimize data integration workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations
• Champion best practices in data integration, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data integration, evaluating and integrating them into existing systems where beneficial
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior members of the data engineering team

About you

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex data integration solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Strong programming skills in Typescript and Python
• Extensive experience with data integration tools and platforms such as Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their data services
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Informatica Certified Professional)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
