Business Intelligence Analyst

Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are looking for an outstanding Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 1-year experience to be part of our Strategic Intelligence team driving data-informed strategic decisions, in Athens.

What you will be doing

• Gain a deep understanding of company data.
• Use quantitative analysis and data mining to provide robust insights across company functions.

• Suggest, analyze, monitor and review key metrics to assess end-to-end company performance.
• Build, maintain and own informative and insightful reports and dashboards.
• Design frameworks to test hypotheses and provide recommendations that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Work along with the team on the improvement of reporting effectiveness.
• Liaise with other teams to assess and improve current business processes.
• Coordinate with our Datawarehouse team to ensure access to all necessary data and secure data quality.
• Stay up-to-date on new tools and best practices and educate team.

What you will be working with

• PoweBI.
• SQL.
• Python.
• R.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis or a similar position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Mathematics.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and Data Analysis programming languages to build the relevant Dashboards and Data products.
• Analytical, with a strong ability to identify trends, problem-solve, convey results, and act on them.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Greek and English.
