The Senior HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, providing valuable insights, and optimizing HR strategies and operations. This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, HR knowledge, and strategic thinking to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data, including but not limited to employee demographics, performance metrics, compensation, turnover rates, and other relevant HR metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present key HR insights and trends to stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and tools to identify patterns, correlations, and predictive models to enhance HR initiatives and programs.
  • HR Metrics and KPIs:
  • Define, track, and analyze key HR metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to establish benchmarks, goals, and targets aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address challenges.
  • Forecasting and Predictive Analytics:
  • Develop forecasting models to anticipate future workforce needs, talent gaps, and other HR-related trends.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to identify potential risks and opportunities within the HR function and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay practices and equity across the organization.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance compensation structures and programs.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of HR to design, implement, and communicate compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits packages.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with various stakeholders across the organization, including HR business partners, finance, operations, and other departments, to understand their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects that drive organizational performance and enhance the employee experience.

What we look for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably in a large organization or HR consultancy firm.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable HR strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive meaningful insights, and present findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Certification in HR analytics, data analysis, or related fields (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HR Analytics Certification) is a plus.
