Being part of the EU Business Operations Team, the Data Management / Data Analyst (m/f/d) - InforLN works in adherence to the company guidelines, ethics, strategies, principles and within DIEU defined current BMS procedures.

The Data Management / Data Analyst (m/f/d) - InforLN will have to perform the following activities, which are integrated in the G&O charts and will be followed up periodically:

• Control and maintenance of Sales Contract Set up in the ERP system InforLN – Part of the EU virtual team
• Control and maintenance of Business Partner & Item Master – Part of the EU virtual team
• Evaluation of data consistency and checking for data errors.
• Targeted preparation, visualization, and communication of KPIs and reports for control and optimization in sales (Sales Reports)
• Direct support to Customer Units with Analysis reports based on Infor LN data. Cross-departmental data analysis and reporting and monitoring of existing processes in operational business.
• Visualize data by creating meaningful automated management dashboards and reports in/with InforLN / LNAnalytics and interfaced software.
• Continuous development of the KPI´s collection and visualization using new possibilities, interfaces, and tools.
• Interpretation and derivation of concrete recommendations for action, review of existing hypotheses.
• Performing analysis and processing of ad hoc report requests using data from external and internal sources
• Support in modeling and forecasting business trends by historical data sets.
• Conception, integration, adaptation, and further development of processes and efficiency up improvement projects
• Participation in internal projects and internal business consulting.
• Support preparation of G&O
• Support of internal and external audits

General support in other arising jobs within the department

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed commercial training, studies, or comparable qualifications.
• First practical experience in master data maintenance/data acquisition in InforLN or a comparable ERP system.
• Fluent in German and very good English Skills (Business Language is English).
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Good technical understanding.
• Service-oriented and friendly manner that enables you to communicate with our specialist departments in logistics/order management and shipping on an equal footing.
• Willingness to perform and sense of responsibility.
• Accuracy in dealing with complex issues is a matter of course for you.
• Sound knowledge of common MS Office programs.
• Team and communication skills.
