Job Description

We are looking for…

1. Technical Skills:
   1. Business Intelligence (BI):
      1. Project delivery experience in any BI solution like MicroStrategy, PowerBI, GDS, etc.
      2. SAP BW + SAP Analysis for Office (Preferred)
      3. Experience in design wireframes and dashboards that address relevant business problems – Managerial as well as Operational.
   2. Other Tools:
      1. Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel to create tables with formula, creating pivots and charts, creating Macros, etc
      2. Working experience with Microsoft Access
2. Non-Technical Skills:
   1. The candidate must have strong communication skills to explain analysis/insights of complex business problems.
   2. Ability to think and speak strategically, provide recommendations internally as well as externally.
   3. Candidate will be expected to provide feedback and validate solution designs for projects.
   4. Ability to mentor a team of junior BI Analyst

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
2.  5+ years of experience as BI Analyst
3. Ability to manage data engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and objectives
4. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
