Description:

Our client, a leader in autonomous marketing platforms, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to spearhead the development and execution of advanced data analytics and machine learning models. This role is critical in harnessing large datasets to drive actionable insights, optimizing platform performance, and contributing to the development of integrated product solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product mindset, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of Machine Learning models to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively with business and product teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.

• Manage data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to ready data for analysis.

• Conduct deep dives into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Design and oversee experiments to test hypotheses and enhance model performance.

• Build predictive models to forecast key business metrics accurately.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in developing complex ML models, with specific expertise in marketing domains across various ad channels.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R and a solid foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing data science strategies that yield measurable business impact.

• Leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and project management skills.

• Deep understanding of supervised machine learning, including traditional modeling techniques and neural networks.

• Experience with Python/Jupyter/SQL for prototyping and Docker for deployment.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
