Senior Data Analyst

Supports the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) in development and maintenance of acquisition logistics documentation. Coordinates with various UHPO departments to request proper data calls to obtain necessary information to be included in the documentation. Writes and edits logistics documentation in accordance with current Department of the Army (DA) Regulations (ARs), DA Pamphlets (DA PAMs), Department of Defense Instructions (DODi), and other regulatory and mandated directives such as Title 10 United States Code. Receives and executes government requested taskers at the direction of UHPO leads.   

Requirements

Major Respobsibilities:

·         Develop, edit, and maintain required logistics documentation.

·         Maintain a library of required Army regulations and governmental documentation for reference and guidance.

·         Creates new documentation based on requirements.

·         Updates existing documentation to bring to current date.

·         Perform ad hoc development of document at the request of government personnel.

·         Converts source word documentation to portable document format (PDF) for final products. Inserts various formatted objects into annexes and appendices as required.

·         Applies electronic signature fields to PDF files for hierarchy signatures.

·         Maintain a log of developed documentation with “next due” statuses.

·         Maintains an archived library of all developed documentation.

·         Maintain efficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point software.

·         Attend various Microsoft Teams meetings.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Army aviation knowledge a plus

·         Basic to advanced computer knowledge

·         Microsoft software: Word, Excel, and Power Point

·         Adobe Acrobat, PDF creation and editing

·         Microsoft Teams

·         Able to create data reports and visualizations

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent analyzation skills

·         Must be able to problem solve efficiently

·         Multi-tasking a plus

·         Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
