Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with over 6 years of expertise to join our team and contribute to our client's project, focusing primarily on Power BI migration and data processing. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning excel-based reporting to Power BI, streamlining data processing from various sources, and ensuring data accuracy through cleansing and processing.

Qualifications

What you will be doing:
• Lead the migration of excel-based reporting to Power BI, ensuring seamless transition and improved data visualization capabilities.
• Streamline data processing workflows from multiple data sources, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct data cleansing and processing tasks, identifying and rectifying inconsistencies or errors in the data.
• Design and implement Power BI dashboards that meet the client's reporting requirements and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence leaders to ensure alignment with industry-standard BI/Data software and tools available within the organization.
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives with minimal guidance from leadership.
• Provide expertise in SQL, Python, and R as needed to support data analysis and processing requirements.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6 years or more of proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on Power BI migration and implementation.
• Proficiency in utilizing Business Objects, Power BI, SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead initiatives and drive projects to completion.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within project timelines.

The starting pay range for this role is 48/ph - 58/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
