What you'll do:

1. Data Extraction:
   • Utilize various data extraction tools and techniques to gather information from disparate sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms.
   • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of extracted data by performing thorough validation and verification processes.
   • Develop and implement efficient strategies for extracting data while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Data Consolidation:
   • Merge and consolidate extracted data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis and integration.
   • Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies within consolidated data sets through meticulous analysis and troubleshooting.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and consistency of consolidated data across different platforms and systems.
3. ERP Upload:
   • Prepare and format data according to ERP system requirements for seamless upload and integration.
   • Execute the uploading process within ERP systems, ensuring that data is accurately mapped and synchronized with relevant modules.
   • Monitor ERP uploads for any errors or issues, and troubleshoot problems to ensure successful data integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on extracted, consolidated, and uploaded data to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
   • Implement best practices and protocols to maintain data integrity, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
   • Continuously monitor data processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and accuracy, recommending improvements as necessary.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed documentation of data extraction, consolidation, and upload processes, including methodologies, tools used, and outcomes.
   • Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track the progress of data-related initiatives and communicate insights to stakeholders.
   • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making and process improvement efforts.

What You Bring:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Total of 8-10 years’ experience in data extraction, consolidation, and ERP system administration.
• Proficiency in utilizing data extraction tools (e.g., SQL, ETL tools) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, data models, and data governance principles.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SAP Data Services) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data governance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices in data management.
