We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Trainer to join our dynamic team of experts. As a key member of our training division, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch training programs on Generative AI. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse gen-ai projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and make a significant impact in the field of AI innovation. As part of our ongoing training plan, you will play a crucial role in continuously improving and updating our training materials and methodologies to ensure they align with the latest advancements in Generative AI technology. Responsibilities

• Training Program Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop engaging and effective training programs on Generative AI, covering topics such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector DB, and GenAI model evaluation. Create course content, including presentations and hands-on exercises, to cater to the diverse learning needs of participants. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in Generative AI to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training materials. 
• Training Delivery: Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions for Team Epic, delivering content on topics ranging from basic concepts to advanced techniques in Generative AI. Facilitate interactive discussions, case studies, and practical demonstrations to enhance participant learning and engagement. Provide personalized guidance and support to learners, addressing their queries and challenges effectively throughout the training program. 
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Iterate on training materials and methodologies based on feedback and evolving industry trends, maintaining a commitment to delivering best-in-class training experiences. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI and machine learning, continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills. 

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning. 
• Proven expertise in Generative AI tools and frameworks, including ChatGPT, DALL-E, Copilot, etc. 
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). 
• Prior experience (5+ years) as a corporate trainer, delivering training programs on AI, ML, NLP, and Generative AI. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. 
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful consultancy services to clients. 
• Passion for continuous learning and skill development, with a proactive approach to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
