Responsible for the definition of business data requirements, data quality, data security and routine and non-routine reporting for the Provider Network Management areas.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Production and compliance tracking of all Bureau related provider requests.
  • Completion and documentation of Provider related RFP responses.
  • Support and maintenance of departmental desktop applications.
  • Design and maintenance of departmental tracking and reporting databases.
  • Production and analysis of Provider Network assessments, ad hoc provider related network adequacy reports, and of provider related claims reporting.
  • Consulting, maintenance and testing of systems.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

  • 1 year - Experience with data analysis and SQL development.
  • 2 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required.
  • 1 year - Program planning and implementation experience

Skills\Certifications

  • Ability to understand the steps involved in the development, design, configuration, testing and implementation of new systems and/or processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Specific Requirements: 

Tableau and SSRS experience highly preferred.
