Job Description

§Develop and manage dashboard in BI Platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, Data Studio) as per the requirement.

•Build scalable solutions/Self-serve platform that will provide data/KPI to inform business decisions.

•Evaluate the right KPI based on business objective.

•Apply Data Mining and quantitative analysis to improve the marketing needs.

•Proactively identify analysis and provide Insights.

•Build various data visualization to create a story using client marketing data.

•Implement, enforce and monitor best practices of delivery management.

•Research and develop machine learning and statistical technicians to solve complex business problems.

•Collaborate closely with various team to execute the best outcome for the business.

Requirement:

§Advanced knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/Datorama/ Rstudio.

§Strong capabilities in SQL and experience working with databases and distributed data (MySQL, PostGreSQL, SQL Server, RedShift, SparkSQL, Hive, Pig) 

§Experience with the Python Data stack and machine learning frameworks (e.g. Numpy, Pandas, Dask, scikitlearn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe,MLlib) is required. Should have worked with multiple cross functional external & internal groups.

§Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment.

§Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills

§Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders

§Ability to interpret and explain model predictions and insights to varied audiences

Qualifications

§Directly communicates with clients and gather project requirement

§Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support business needs

§Analyze, define requirements, develop and create documentation for dashboards

§Champion dashboard quality, consistency, usability and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development

§Communicate project status updates and recommendations

§Define, execute and interpret SQL, Python, R… Queries.  

§Establish standards and best practices for requesting, prioritizing and developing dashboarding.

§Provide valuable Insights.

Develop machine learning and statistical technicians.
